This Victorinox Fibrox carving knife is a razor-sharp knife with an excellent price-quality ratio. Overall length: 31,5 cm, blade: 19 cm, blade width: 3,8 cm, weight: 101 g. Fibrox knives are easy to clean because they are dishwasher proof. It is however, recommended to clean these knives by hand to maintain the sharpness of the edge.
