Small, lightweight, with a slim blade. Used for cutting, peeling and cleaning fruits and vegetables.
Overall length: 20,7 cm, blade: 10 cm, blade wudth: 1,8 cm, weight: 65 g.
The blade is forged of one piece without welding. Arcos` own high quality NITRIUM stainless steel gives the knife a very good and lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handle is polyoxymethylene (POM) and it is very durable and sustains 150 degrees Celsius.
