A Santoku knife of the Twisted Octagon series, blade is made of 33 layers Damascus steel with core of VG10 steel.
As the cutting core steel VG10 is very hard (60 HRC)it enables the knife sharpness to last longer.
Octagonal shape of white pakkawood handle.
Overall length: 30 cm, blade length: 16,7 cm, blade width: 4,6 cm, weigth: 170 g.
Inspired from Japanese traditional octagon shape for handle, this series has even gently twisted octagon shape for more comfortable and firm grip. 33 layers of Damascus steel beautifully appears on the blade.
After use clean and dry the knife by hand.
