Manhattan is made for demanding and professional use. The blade is forged of one piece without welding. Arcos` own high quality NITRIUM stainless steel gives the knife a very good and lasting sharpness. The ergonomic handle is polyoxymethylene (POM) and it is very durable and sustains 150 degrees Celsius.
