Description
Japanese AUS-8 is placed in the center core that actually cuts food. AUS-8 contains lots of carbon and it makes the steel harder. A Hard steel is essential for great sharpness and its durability. This 3 layers stainless steel construction becomes unique blade design with the wave pattern appearing near the blade edge. It just looks like the traditional Japanese Samurai sword.
The black pakkawood handle is tapered gently at the top so you can pinch grip the handle comfortably.
