The SENZO Clad Slicer has a stiff, long and narrow blade with pointed tip. It is ideal for cutting thin slices of chicken, pork, beef, roast and fish.
The blade is made of 3 layers and the cutting core is Japanese high-carbon AUS-10 steel and the edge is easier to sharpen and it retains its sharpness well. The core is coated on both sides with a layer of stainless steel. The hardness is 58 – 60 HRC. The sharpening angle is 15 degrees.
The handle is made of strong and durable pakkawood. Pakkawood is most notably used in knife handles because of its resilient properties and how it holds up to daily wear and tear. The handle is attached with 3 rivets and it gives a firm grip easily.
Wash the knife by hand and dry after use.
