A Paring Knife from one of Suncraft´s top series Pro. The blade is made of molybdenium-vanadium steel and as cutting core material is SG2 powder steel.
Description
The materials of the blade ensure a very durable blade with ultra sharpness. The hardness HRC 63 ensures a longlasting sharpness and you don´t need to sharpen so often. The handle is made of laminated wood/resin composite in high heat and pressure. It holds up to daily use year after year. The handle is attached to the blade with three rivets.
