A Santoku Knife from one of Suncraft´s top series Pro. The blade is made of molybdenium-vanadium steel and as cutting core material is SG2 powder steel.
Description
The materials of the blade ensure a very durable blade with ultra sharpness. The hardness HRC 63 ensures a longlasting sharpness and you don´t need to sharpen so often. The handle is made of laminated wood/resin composite in high heat and pressure. It holds up to daily use year after year. The handle is attached to the blade with three rivets. The blade is full tang.
