The fry pan is made of a thick cast aluminum body coated with the extremely durable XD diamond-reinforced coating.
The coating material is a diamond reinforced nonstick surface, containing real diamonds in a high quality composite, provides years of trouble-free cooking and easy clean-up. A thick, cast aluminum body with a perfectly flat base will not tip/spin or warp, and provides uniform heat distribution. The XD Classic+ Induction series is designed to work on induction stoves, but the cookware also works on all other types of stoves, including electric and gas stoves. The products are oven safe up to 260°C.
